A note on the rules
Each line is a separate headline. Blank lines, punctuation, and spacing are preserved. Your saved names override title and sentence case; uppercase and lowercase change everything.
These presets cover common capitalization conventions, not complete stylebook compliance. Grammar can change the answer: “up” in “look up” differs from “up the hill.” Common phrasal verbs are recognized, but review ambiguous words, names, and compounds. Add exceptions when you need a specific result.
AP title case follows composition-title conventions; use Sentence case for an AP-style news headline. NYT-inspired is an approximate preset, not a verified or affiliated New York Times tool.
